The Automated Reminder Call System was updated over the holiday weekend. As a result, all previously-recorded reminder call messages have been replaced with a synthesized voice message that includes the practice name, date and time of the appointment. Practices can re-record a new personalized reminder call message under Administration>Scheduler Setup>Reminder & Recall Setup. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
